Dolphins Beach resort is fondly referred to as the "Lighthouse" by the locals as it is one of the largest homes on the island, and it features a third story octagon shaped observation tower that has a commanding view of the four mile white sand beach across the street, as well as views of Sanibel, Captiva Island, Pine Island, Naples and Ft. Myers.

This large upscale home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite has a television, large walk-in closet and a large bathroom. The second bedroom also has a King size bed with television. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a kitchen table for dining as well as a formal dining room. The kitchen also has a snack bar with stool seating. The kitchen comes completely furnished with all appliances, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and cookware. All linens and towels are supplied for you. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

The home also has a cozy T.V. room attached to the kitchen for informal gatherings as well as a larger more formal living room with wet bar and hanging wine glasses for entertaining. The home also has a large screened in lanai that over looks the pool with waterfall and hot tub and deep water canal.

For more relaxed dining, there is a dinette set out on the large screened in lanai. The home is decorated in modern island decor. The home even comes with a Sony PlayStation and games for the kids. The home is professionally maintained by pool, landscaping, maintenance and maid services.

The home is situated on an oversized lot, with a large screened in lanai, overlooking a picturesque deep-water canal with a private dock for fishing or boat dockage. The canal will give you direct access to the Back Bay and the Gulf of Mexico with no "slow zones" out to the Gulf. The front of the home faces the beautiful beach. You can watch the waves roll in from your front porch, and only need to walk across the street to be at the beach.
